RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your RenewVenate Magnesium Calm Gummies, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the amount you paid for the product. Opened jars are accepted under this guarantee.

How to start a return

Email support@renewvenate.com with your order number. We will reply with a return authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Please do not send a return without an RMA number, as we may not be able to accept it.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except when your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered (see below). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, because we cannot refund an order that is lost on its way back to us.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email support@renewvenate.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund you in full, and we will cover the return shipping if a return is needed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the credit. Orders placed with a discount code are refunded at the price you paid after the discount. Shipping charges, if any, are not refunded, except for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe with Subscribe & Save, you can cancel or change your subscription at any time from your account or the link in your order emails. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to each order within 30 days of its delivery. Cancelling stops future shipments but does not refund orders you have already received.
