If you are not satisfied with your RenewVenate Magnesium Calm Gummies, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the amount you paid for the product. Opened jars are accepted.

How to return an order

1. Contact us. Email support@renewvenate.com with your order number.
2. Get your RMA number. We will reply with a return authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Please do not send a return without one.
3. Ship your return. Send the product to the address below. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend a trackable service.
4. Get your refund. After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post the credit.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full, and we will cover return shipping if a return is needed.
